• Concentrates 90% of working time on  Client’s  project. 
• Is constantly in touch with HR team and recruiting professionals.
• Helps a Project Manager and consultants to rule projects.
• Helps consultants to accomplish recruitment on positions of primary importance.
• Provides consultants with all necessary information on  client’s  side.
• Takes part in all interviews with the candidates, chosen by each team.
• Keeps in touch with HR managers in order to discuss requirements, provides with feed back, introduces candidates, and arranges interviews.
• Can be either in Tom Hunt or in  Client’s  office, when it is necessary to interview candidates, take part in joint interview, introduce candidates to HR Manager or Recruiting specialist.
• Helps to range recruitment process.
