Обязанности:
Участие в управлении продуктовым портфелем
Разработка новых продуктов в соответствии с меняющимися требованиями рынка, определение ключевых параметров продукта, предложение идей по продвижению продукта на рынке;
Формирование предложений по изменению текущего продуктового ряда на основе анализа макро- и мезосреды и предложений конкурентов, определение влияния изменений на бизнес Банка.

Участие в разработке маркетинговых инструментов для продвижения новых и существующих продуктов (предложения по рекламным активностям, промоакциям, интернет реклама, маркетинговые материалы), разработка обучающих материалов и продажных скриптов для стимулирования роста эффективности продаж.
Оптимизация внутренних и внешних процессов предоставления кредитных продуктов
Обеспечение корректной работы продукта (настройки системы, корректность заданных параметров, соблюдение условий по продукту)
Требования:
Высшее финансовое/ банковское образование
Опыт работы в качестве продуктового менеджера (кредитные карты) не менее 1 года
Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание MS Office (word, excel, power point)
Знание основных принципов ценообразования кредитных продуктов, а также принципов взаимодействия внутренних подразделений Банка
Знание банковского рынка (конкурентная среда)

Обязанности:
Анализ требований заказчика на доработку и изменения западной АБС в части кредитования.
Формирование требований на изменение для разработчиков (как на русском так и на английском языке)
Первичная приемка разработанного функционала
Взаимодействие с заказчиком в процессе детализации требований на изменение
Участие в решении возникающих проблем в процессе эксплуатации кредитного модуля АБС.
Требования:
Возраст от 25 лет.
Опыт работы в банке или компании-разработчике банковского ПО от 2-х лет на позиции системного аналитика по кредитам, или сотрудника сопровождающего кредитный модуль АБС.
Знание нормативной базы в части сопровождения кредитов юридических и физических лиц, а также соответствующего бухгалтерского учета
Навыки настройки АБС в части кредитования
Опыт решения проблем, возникающих в процессе функционирования кредитного модуля АБС
Умение формирования запросов к БД на языке SQL
Знание UNIX на уровне пользователя приветствуется.
Технический английский, крайне желателен - разговорный английский.
